Hypnosis is the practice of putting somebody into a chilled and tranquil state of mind. The individual is so relaxed in fact, that they are more open to recommendations than they routinely would be. With drugs, somebody can become physically hooked on them, where their body requires a dose otherwise they\’re going to face withdrawal problems. It\’s the behind the scenes stuff, like what goes on in their brain that allows them to change something about their self that still remains confusing. When a person is in hypnosis, the mental condition they are in is rather like a trance. They are relaxed, and have an enhanced sense of imagination, which permits them to be more easily influenced. Some may think that a hypnotic state resembles sleep, which it often does, though the individual is still entirely aware and alert to surrounding.
