A common question when people talk about the subconscious mind would be something like, do subliminal messages really work? Videos may have flashing words which are too fast for the conscious mind to grasp, pictures with different meanings, and audio with a hidden track beyond the human hearing’s ability.

But it goes straight to your mind without you having to be aware that your mind understood and received it.

They could help people to improve their personalities, overcome psychological problems and other things related with the mental thinking. Subliminal messages may be hidden in pictures, videos and audio, so that patients are not aware of subliminal messages hidden from their conscious mind, but is in fact already understood and grasped by their mind through the subconscious.
These subliminal messages have the power to tell the mind what to feel and what to think about (obviously without getting you to do anything dangerous or against your will). By harnessing this power, humans could improve themselves and successfully help themselves to become better people.
