Doctors will be able to give the final test that determines if you have an allergy to gluten. Sometimes it isn’t gluten that is the culprit, and other times the symptoms are just a coincidence. Doctors will also suggest diets that avoid certain types of foods, so that the patient is still able to lead a healthy diet without being too constrained by their choices in fine cuisine.
